Alchemy West Cancellation Policy
We ask that you provide our office with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice should you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are a “no show” or cancel an appointment without 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a $50 fee.
Additionally, patients who have purchased a package or series of treatments and do not provide the required 24-hour cancellation notice will forfeit the treatment originally scheduled. (i.e. Microneedling treatment #2 in a series of 3 will be forfeited. The patient’s next appointment booked will be for treatment #3.)
