Our Cancellation Policy

We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made without 24 hours’ notice, or failure to arrive for a scheduled appointment, will incur a $50 fee.

For patients with packages or treatment series, appointments canceled without the required notice will result in forfeiture of the scheduled session. For example, if Microneedling treatment #2 in a series of 3 is missed without proper notice, that session will be forfeited and the next booked appointment will proceed as treatment #3.
